Combination Debt Validation and Settlement Dispute Letter Template

Debt validation in credit repair is a crucial step where an individual asserts their right to request from a debt collector proof that the debt in question is both legitimate and accurately represented. This process is part of the rights granted to consumers under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) in the United States.

These dispute letters are legally crafted to get the results needed. Credit repair isn’t hard and should not cost thousands of dollars to get results. The credit repair results are from the legal letters sent for dispute. Credit and Debtor laws govern the dispute process and we have crafted all the necessary elements to help get you the results you deserve.

Here is how it typically works:

When a debt collector contacts you, claiming that you owe a debt, you have the right to send them a letter requesting validation of the debt. This request should be made within 30 days of the collector’s first contact. Upon receipt of a validation request, the debt collector must cease debt collection efforts until they have provided evidence validating the debt.
